A luxury hotel that we got for a great deal for a night! Everything is just beautiful! The pool is gorgeous, and great for kids (not too deep and nice and warm). The buffet looked great but it was too expensive for us considering how much our kids usually eat. We would definitely come back again.
Excellent hotel and service. Xiomara at the front desk is absolutely amazing and assisted me without hesitation on a few occasions. She is the gold standard when it comes to service excellence and the Sheraton is lucky to have her! The rooms are great and very pleasantly decorated with luxurious finishes as is the entire hotel. The tub and shower were great with good water pressure and temperature. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get up in the mornings. This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at and will definitely return if ever in Chihuahua again.
This place is just beautiful. It sits atop a mountain range where you have the view of the entire City of Chihuahua. The place really is majestic. Unfortunately you can tell that the opening of competitor hotels is putting a dent on this establishment. This property is about 30 years old and is beginning to show. Don't get me wrong, I love this property and prefer it to newer hotels. However, the drop is business means the big huge waterfall is hardly ever on, the AC is not on at most times of the day within the general plaza of the hotel. Great place, would stay there again and again. Best location for a grand hotel.
I deducted a star due to the pool temperature. Last time we were here, the temperature was nice. Today, it was a bit too cold. We were told the only turn on the pool heater for 4 hours in the morning. No bueno.
The rooms are a little outdated; however, we had excellent views from our room. The service was amazing and breakfast options were delicious! Very traditional mexican breakfast options. Location isn’t great, pretty far from everything.
Good oldfation Motel nothing now but the Beads are very good and that is what make you happy about it there is plenty of parking under the building in the shaed but there is no elevator there from the parking lot to the lobby you have to go on stears .
It's and old hotel, but still very nice. The staff is wonderful! The hotel itself could use some refreshing of the structures.
Definitely recommend getting the club experience on the 5th floor. It includes so many features like dinner and breakfast and happy hour
